The 40 Over 40 Awards shine a spotlight on the remarkable individuals quietly making profound contributions to the Charlotte community. Beyond age lies a wealth of wisdom, and the 40 Over 40 Awards magnify the power of experience.
These are the individuals who have navigated the lessons of their 20s and 30s, using that knowledge to fuel meaningful change in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond.
From business to education, nonprofits to healthcare, and every sector shaping Charlotte, these seasoned leaders are raising the bar.
This year, we had an impressive class of 135 nominees filled with awe-inspiring and thought-provoking stories of innovators and problem-solvers. In its 6th year, the 40 Over 40 Awards presented by U.S. Bank has become a beacon of recognition for those over the age of 40 who continue to shape the future of Charlotte.
