From business to education, nonprofits to healthcare, and every sector shaping Charlotte, these seasoned leaders are raising the bar.

This year, we had an impressive class of 135 nominees filled with awe-inspiring and thought-provoking stories of innovators and problem-solvers. In its 6th year, the 40 Over 40 Awards presented by U.S. Bank has become a beacon of recognition for those over the age of 40 who continue to shape the future of Charlotte. The event is not just a celebration; it's a platform to honor the incredible work of individuals who inspire, lead, and innovate in various sectors, ultimately making our region a better place for everyone.

Join us on May 8th, 6:00pm - 9:00pm at Heist Brewery and Barrel Arts for a fun, relaxed evening with great company, good drinks, and minimal speeches. No need for stuffy black-tie formality — just a well-deserved celebration of the people who’ve helped shape Charlotte. This fun event will include networking, dinner, drinks, live music from Uptown Dueling Pianos, awards ceremony, and more! Tickets are all-inclusive.

Suggested dress code is Business Casual. Please note the event will take place both indoors and outdoors on the lawn.
