Judge’s order dismissing Pittenger’s lawsuit against Lebda

A business court judge on Tuesday ruled in favor of LendingTree CEO Doug Lebda, who was sued in 2018 by former U.S. Rep. Robert Pittenger regarding Ledba’s construction of a new 15,000 s.f. house at Quail Hollow.
