What? Join us on Sunday afternoon as we unite on a healing journey through the senses. Find a place to rest and restore yourself as Amanda and Bradley lead you through a sound bath using the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Native flutes, drums and chimes. Simple breathwork cues and specially-curated plant essential oils will amplify your experience as you sink in and allow yourself to receive the nurturing and self-care your body, mind and spirit have been craving. The afternoon will end with a peaceful community gathering to reflect and connect in our store. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed, ready for the week ahead.

After the sound bath, feel free to stick around for a complimentary prosecco or water, browse the shop, and get to know other participants.
